MassMuv Projects was registered in 2014 by the registrar general department to undertake Project/Construction Management through an array of services applied to construction projects and programs from the planning and design through the construction and post-construction phases for the purpose of achieving project objectives, including the management of quality, cost, time, and scope.
MassMuv Projects understands that professional project management is a strategic element to the success of large projects. There is no substitute for a competent project manager equipped with the correct tools and resources to meet established schedules, budgets, and project objectives.
Our Project/Construction Management Team is specifically created to promote the Successful execution of capital projects for owners. These projects can be highly complex.
Few owners maintain the staff resources necessary to pay close, continuing attention to every detail yet these details can make or break a project. MassMuv Project/Construction Management Team acts as the owner’s principal agent in the management of a construction project or program, providing the Project Manager, Superintendent, Project Engineer, Construction Quality Control System Manager, and Safety
Manager to projects as needed.
We have embraced the Project Management Institute’s (PMI) process and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. PMI provides forward-thinking project management concepts that set industry standards for education, certification, and professional enhancement for businesses, government, and private industry. The PMI process has enabled us to effectively manage the triple constraints (cost, time, and scope) of large-scale projects to achieve project quality goals and meet or exceed customer expectations.
